UPDATE (Oct. 2019): The original model had a bad defect. I fixed it (literally) and now it should print just fine. This was a quick project. A student asked if I could design and print a model of the original World Trade Center for a project he's doing (about 9-11). It is not to scale, and the details are not exactly how the real twin towers were, but it's a close approximation and will work for his project. Feel free to download and print, but make sure you do it in a respectful way. I told my student I would not be comfortable adding an airplane or explosion, even if it fits into the description of the events of September 11, 2001. Please don't remix this project to include the details of that day. This is a piece that honors the victims and first responders by helping viewers understand and remember.
