The Wookiee Scalper
thingiverse
A lightsaber from plans that date back more than ten years can now be realized thanks to a certain Hairless Wookiee. Check out the assembly video by Kevin Mossey at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mioUHupkJow&feature=player_embedded. For your building convenience, follow these instructions: slide the inner body into the outer shell, screw in the pommel, place the shroud over the outer shell, and secure the emitter neck and emitter, using a rubber washer if needed for a snug fit. Note that slight widening of threads may be required due to expansion during printing; if you're printing, use the revised version.
