Behold... The Window of Opportunity. Possibly the most challenging hold yet, the Window of Opportunity is a cliffhanger-esque obstacle that tests an athlete's precision-grabbing skills. The hold can be attached to a bar/support with two slings that can be strung through the two holes in the upper part of the hold (a slip-knot is my recommended means of attachment). The 1.25"-tall "window" boasts a difficult challenge for any ninja... and especially those who have large hands! Whether a simple swing-and-catch or a complex reverse-grab, the Window of Opportunity offers a great chance to build finger strength and endurance.
