The "Why do I need all this USB & SD media?" Holder
thingiverse
### Overview File this under the "yet another" category, but yes, I wanted to model one too. I have a bunch of media and dongles and wanted a nice rectangular "plot" to arrange them on. Though this isn't a remix, this was definitely inspired by [Lalo_Solo](https://www.thingiverse.com/lalo_solo/designs)'s [USB SD and MicroSD holder for wide USB sticks](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2637487). Prior to making this model I used two of his model, mirrored one, and glued the two together on the lengthier side. This will hold: * 24 USB-A devices of fairly-wide variety (see photo) * 16 SD cards * 29 MicroSD cards ___ ### Dimensions * __Length:__ 124mm * __Width:__8 4mm * __Height:__ 18mm ___ ### Estimated Resources (using Cura 5.2.1): * __ Print Time__: 17hrs, 5min (with 50mm/s print speed) * __Material Use__: 124g, 41.46m _(I generally print with 3-line walls. Decreasing the wall thickness will decrease the filament used)_ ___ ### Related Content: * [Edit on TinkerCad](https://www.tinkercad.com/things/59aH0FjGIw2-the-why-do-i-need-all-this-usb-media-dongles-holder) * [View on my blog](https://www.ericcarlisle.com/posts/3d-printing/why-do-i-need-all-this-usb-and-sd-media-holder/)
