Highly detailed 3D models of rock walls are now available for use in a variety of projects. These models were created using advanced photo-scanning techniques that captured 106 images from multiple angles. The resulting data was then processed using Reality Capture software to generate highly accurate 3D models. The models themselves were created by combining the results of Reality Capture with the powerful modeling tools found in Maya and ZBrush. This allowed for a level of detail and realism that is unmatched by most other 3D models on the market. Each model has been carefully sized to ensure accuracy, measuring X:3522.5cm x Y:867.5cm x Z:1401cm. The models are also centered perfectly on all three axes, making it easy to integrate them into any project. The file formats for these models include .mb, .fbx, and .obj, giving users a wide range of options when it comes to importing and using the models in their software of choice. High-resolution versions of the model are available, featuring 1,000,000 triangles and a 16k diffuse map (.tif) that captures even the smallest details of the rock wall.
