thingiverse
A fairly large yet thin top which spins for a decent amount of time (printed at 100% infill). A large amount of weight is placed as far away from the pivot point as possible, contributing to the longer spin time.
Also, it looks as if there is nothing connecting the exterior ring to the pivot point when it is spun, hence the name.
There are various nib sizes ranging from 10 to 20 millimeters included in the model, which need to be epoxied into place after printing (I recommend the 15 millimeter option).
Instructions
Print .stl at 100% infill with dense material (like brassfill if you happen to have it)
Choose a nib and epoxy it to the bottom of the top
Enjoy!
