The Vending Machine Project- Gavin's Keychains

In our Multimedia class we were given a challenge to make 3D printed toys that would fit in a vending machine capsule. The purpose of the project was to learn about 3D modeling and 3D printing and share this with our school and beyond. Each student was responsible for creating 5 designs, and learned about how to design models that don’t need support material or adhesion. My design series is called “ Gavin's Key Chains”. The designs were made with Tinkercad. Some challenges were scaling the models to the right dimensions. The things I most like about the models are how fun they were to make. The first model is a Keychain in the shape of a bullet because I like hunting. The second model is a keychain that says CLHS represents my school. The third model a keychain that says Royals also to represent my school. The fourth model is a Keychain that says Bread Winner because I like money. The fifth model is a block keychain with a heart on it. Instructions Print using no less than 20% fill. Default speed and heat, no supports or rafts. Gavin Multimedia and Design Studies
