I utilize this model to instruct students on symmetry in my standard inorganic course. The innermost solid is the icosahedron and the outermost one is the dodecahedron. Several challenging tests are available, and although this model was not originally designed as a torture test, printing it proved to be a frustrating experience, almost excruciating.
