Summary This is the revamped version of TUSH - The Ultimate Spool Holder. One major enhancement is the addition of a foot for extra stability, which solved the problem of the original holder tipping over too easily. I also slightly chamfered the cylinders to make it easier to put the bearings on. Still only one part to print, four times. To assemble, simply place the bearings onto the pins and press two parts together. If the fit is too loose and you want to glue them together, apply the glue to the convenient cutout for the foot of the other half of the holder, where the tolerances should be tight enough that the foot touches the other part. Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Mk2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 30% honeycomb Notes: I printed it in ABS, but PLA should also work. I recommend adjusting layer settings to four shells at 0.2mm, so you don't get any infill in the thin parts printed vertically (they are horizontal parts in the final object). At different resolutions, you may need a different number of shells. Drawing squiggles for infill in the tiny gap between shells simply slows down the print.
