I show off the capabilities of my DIY DLP printer by creating this premium Travel Makers Chess Set. The impressive details of each rook are noteworthy, measuring just 13.41mm high while retaining functional stairs. Every component is precision-crafted to ensure an outstanding overall look. This limited edition set boasts stunning vertical and horizontal compartments that meet international standards: both boxes measure a massive 110x110mm. With attention to every detail, the vertically-positioned box stands at 35mm in height whereas its horizontally-aligned counterpart stands merely 21mm tall. The entire chessboard itself is also expertly engineered, spanning 97x97mm in width. A huge thank you goes out to PerryT and Seechless for creating these phenomenal chess pieces which perfectly fit our travel set and Acker's remarkable parametric compartment box. I have reworked the box design to fit my own printing capabilities - this allows us to make an entirely circular box without it distorting or deforming. Rounded corners on each box reduce the possibility of warping and give room for a wider range of prints with this design. This versatility even lets you print the boxes using different materials such as ABS plastic. Here are some steps to assemble your Travel Makers Chess Set: 1.
