I'm Remixing a Scaled-Down Version of the Ultimate Gear Sphere. Printed in Laywood and Laybrick. Core is Made from ABS Plastic. Files have been modified to Work with DIN 912 Screws, Size: M6 x 20mm. The Core has Been Hollowed Out by a 40mm Sphere, which Saves Around 2 meters of Filament and 30 minutes of Printing Time for Me. You'll Need: 32 Pieces of M6 x 20mm Screws 1 Copy of the Hollowed-Out DIN 912 Core in STL Format 12 Copies of the Plug DIN 912 8 Copies of Small Gear DIN 912 10 Copies of Big Gear DIN 912 2 Copies of Big Gear with Dent or Big Gear with Knob (Optional) Complete Print Time for All Parts in My Case: Approximately 11 Hours Note that Holes for Screws Have a Diameter of 6.3mm at the M6 Part and 11mm at the Head. Scaling Tips: 50% Scaling will Result in Screw Diameters of 3,15mm and 5,5mm. These Are Sufficiently Large for an M3 Screw, Which Has a Diameter of 2,9mm and 5,4mm. 83,33% Scaling is Recommended for an M5 Screw. 66,66% Scaling Works Best for an M4 Screw. For Even Bigger Screws, Try Scaling up to 133% (M8)
