This project involves constructing a unique gear system with 32 gears, divided into three types - A, B and C. Each gear type is printed in different quantities, with 12 of each A and B and 8 of C. Additionally, you'll need 32 M3x10 hex key screws for assembly. The core of the system is a partially truncated version of the dual of the truncated octahedron, also known as tetrakis hexahedron, with 24 irregular pentagonal and 8 regular hexagonal faces. Gears A and B are mounted on the irregular pentagonal faces while gears C are attached to the hexagonal ones. Gear A has 27 teeth, gear B has 18, and gear C has 21. You can watch a video tutorial for better understanding of the assembly process, where two M6 hex keys are used to rotate certain gears (A_hex6).
