The Ultimate Air Assist nozzle for your K40 Laser

This is hopefully the last Air assist nozzle you will have to print. Most of the nozzles here doesn't fit well or are not protecting the Lense, or the air flow on the workpiece is not strong enough to prevent Flames. This nozzle is designed to protect your lense and to provide simultaniously a strong airflow on your workpiece. This is possible via a bypass I created, so you will have a low airflow inside of the chamber unter the lens. The nozzle for the workpiece has an angle so the center points at app 5cm from the lens. The Airflow will be more or less in the center of your lens focus. This nozzle is designed for small aquarium air kompressors that have a hose with an outer diameter of 6mm (app. 1/4''). I added the hose without glue and it fits well. You may have to glue it in place.
