I thrive on creating unique containers. For me, crafting elaborate jewelry boxes and gifts is the epitome of fulfillment. As I continue to refine my design skills, the level of intricacy within each box skyrockets! Recently, I embarked on revising a treasure chest-style jewelry box that I'd designed previously. Despite numerous attempts to perfect the lid, it just wasn't hitting the mark. Then, a sudden epiphany struck - instead of creating a chest, why not craft a trunk? Everything started falling into place (and geeky designers will appreciate this next detail: it was also my first successful foray into 3D printing functional hinges!). My Treasure Trunk is now ready to be shared with the world! This masterpiece consists of multiple 3D printed panels, expertly assembled around a robust frame, also 3D printed, no less. Initially, the body was rendered in a rich brown hue and adorned with bronze-gold frames, but feel free to push the boundaries - I'm excited to see your creativity!
