I envisioned crafting a game prop reminiscent of Cory Loftis' striking concept art featuring a hovering aquarium, yet I desired an even more stylized and visually striking interpretation - what better influence than the vibrant world of Borderlands! Thus, I brought to life Mr Shiny, the Wandering Fish, who is most certainly not an affable fellow.
