In the heart of Titan's Rest lies the slumbering giant, once a benevolent guardian of the realm, now a wretched vessel tainted by the malevolent influence of the Slumbering King — the Corrupted Titan. The tale of this colossal entity intertwines with the legacy of the titans who, in an act of sacrifice, bestowed their sacred blood upon the land to vanquish demons. A thousand years hence, the last of the titans faced overwhelming odds in the defense of Yhtar. In a poignant moment of sacrifice, each titan willingly surrendered their lives, offering their blood to cleanse the land. The youngest titan, with tears streaming down his face, orchestrated the ritual that birthed the river of sacred blood and fortified the first protective wall around the people. Yet, one titan, the last of his kind, did not meet a peaceful end. His fate took a darker turn as the insidious whispers of the Slumbering King crept into the realm. Slowly, the titan succumbed to corruption, his once-noble purpose perverted by the malevolent force that sought dominion over discord. The Corrupted Titan, now a vessel for the Slumbering King, lies dormant in the heart of Titan's Rest, concealed within the Tartahris, a fortress inaccessible to all but the Priests of the Broken Wheel. The corrupted aura emanating from the giant's form taints the air around it, casting a shadow upon the very land it once vowed to protect. In this reimagining, we look at the Titan if he escapes the confines of the city and begins his slow transformation within the Strange Wastes. The absolutely massive Corrupted Titan comes both supported and unsupported, and is mounted on a 120mm sculpted base.
