Thunderfury, the legendary sword of Windseeker's pride, is wielded by Thunderaan, the prince of Air in its prime. This model showcases a magnificent sword from World of Warcraft. Files available for 3D printing include segments of the blade, featuring two versions - one scratched and separated into smaller pieces with a hole for three 8mm steel rods (approximately 100 cm, 85 cm, and 88 cm long), and another unscratched blade in one piece. We highly recommend using metal rods to reinforce this impressive model. SCALE At 100% scale, the blade's dimensions are astonishingly large: Width: approximately 420 mm Length: approximately 2200 mm Thickness: approximately 104 mm Feel free to scale this massive model as you see fit. PRINTER SETTINGS As a giant sword demands post-processing, we suggest a layer height of 0.1 to 0.3 mm on FDM printers. All parts are aligned with the printing platform for effortless handling. Minimal or no printing supports are needed for most components to save printing time and filament. To ensure reliability during printing, set a brim for some of the parts due to their towering height and slim thickness, which may cause them to lift off the platform if left unsecured.
