"The Thinker" Scan - Auguste Rodin

Here is a scan of Auguste Rodin's "The Thinker". This scanned image was captured with an Artec scanner from a replica of the original statue. It features high detail and we have uploaded the original OBJ file for anyone who wants to access more data. The file has also been scaled to 6 inches, making it ready to print right away. Additionally, an STL is available in the size of the object that was scanned. These STLs have been decimated to reduce the file size. We printed "The Thinker" on one of our Rostock's using .15mm layer heights with supports and a raft. The supports were removed and the statue received a short vapor bath in acetone to help smooth out its surface. Enjoy the file and we look forward to seeing some of your makes on this!
