Assemble the Talking Head - Stephen Colbert Edition! To bring Stephen Colbert's truthiness to your kitchen table, follow these steps: 1. Print all parts and insert an 8mm rod through the mouth's pivot point. 2. Assemble the left and right halves of the head using provided holes. Some drilling may be necessary. 3. Set the mouth in place on the left side of the head, then glue a servo inside for mouth movement. 4. Connect a wire between the servo horn and mouth lever arm for smooth opening and closing. 5. Upload talking head software to Arduino, attach it with battery inside the head, and follow electrical diagram. 6. Run audio input cable through back hole and press right and left halves together. 7. Connect head and speakers using a headphone splitter and find Stephen Colbert sound board for voice control. Remember, lip-syncing works best with high volume.
