The switch box
thingiverse
This box houses a 12mm switch that can be easily mounted on a wall. I found it cheap and simple to print. In the past, I got tired of turning my light on and off by stretching down with my foot from the floor switch. So, I made things easier by attaching a standard wall light switch near my desk. Unfortunately, I didn't have one available, but then I remembered buying a 230V switch in Shanghai during my trip in 2015. It finally came in handy. The design of this simple box is superior to a regular wall switch because it has a more modern and geeky appearance. This unique design allows you to find hundreds of creative ways to use it, from operating catapults to car seats. If needed, the printed parts for the box and lid are uploaded separately. Print settings were as follows: Printer Brand was Printrbot Simple Black, rafts and supports were disabled, high resolution was selected, and 25% infill density was used.
