The Stone Bridge
thingiverse
The attached model is a roman-made bridge scaled to 28mm and can be used for any roman or post-roman period wargame scenario. It was designed specifically to work with my modular water series, as seen in the photo, but the walls and floors can also be used separately without needing that base. I have included some pillar bases that can support stand-alone usage. For users who struggle with positioning the floor pieces, I've added supports that fit into notches on the base behind the pillar bases - a little trimming might be needed to get them in place. Print Settings: Printer: Flashforge Creator Pro Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: Fine Post-Printing: The bridge was undercoated with gesso and then painted with acrylics. It's been varnished with a matte finish, except for the water which got a glossy coat. If you're having trouble getting the floor pieces to fit, just use those supports I included that go into notches on the base behind the pillar bases - don't forget you might need to trim them in place.
