The starry night in a classic frame. there is no displacment map but i have created bump and normal maps from an HD version of the painting which gives it a realistic feel. also the frame wasn't created by me it was the work of fedorchuk. https://www.cgtrader.com/free-3d-models/interior/living-room/high-poly-carved-wooden-frame i edited it to reduce the polygon count from 1.4 mil to about 70k to make it easier for rendering. if you want the full version of the frame use the link.
