The Stack - Smaller Dimensions
thingiverse
This is a remix of the original "The Stack - Modular Raspberry Pi Case".. After realizing the micro sd-card could not fit with the original smaller dimensions I have made some more updates. This remix is intended for people who have no need for the SSD parts so I have removed them from the design. My goal was to shrink the original design as much as possible. This altered design also offsets the fan hole at the top to allow proper alignment of using the GeeekPi POE Hat (I removed the features underneath). Since the GeeekPi POE Hat is larger the "Smaller Spacer" is needed in between stacking or underneath the Top Lid. The original design made it a little too difficult taking the case parts apart (especially with the small parts) so I added another bottom lock to the TinyFanLid and Pi Case that has a little gap in the back so you could insert a thin tool. I also added a 4mm gap in the back so that inserting the micro sd-card was possible. On the bottom of the RPi 4 mounting holes I added a 2mm hole upwards so that the screw head of the GeeekPi POE hat recessed inwards in order to not collide with the Bottom Lid. Also, the original screws that come with the GeeekPi POE Hat are too short. Minimum necessary is M2.5x10mm in order to grab the threads of the POE hat mounting spacer. I removed the quarter circles on the BottomLock as the interfered with the smaller Pi Case and found them unnecessary. Printing supports for the Smaller Spacer results in less curvature of the overhangs.
