The Spacer for Xiaomi Mijia M365 electric scooter

Time to Get This Right Finally:
The issue with joint backlash has been dodged for too long. All those spacers on the market are only covering up the problem temporarily, making it worse by introducing tension on the front locking piece - a part that's prone to breaking. The real problem lies behind this joint, where the linking screw is. There are two main issues: 1. As aluminum wears down around the screw, looseness develops along the joint axis. 2. The axis line has too much tolerance between its upper and lower parts. This spacer tackles both problems at once. Simply print two of them, one a mirror image of the other, bend them along the raised rectangle's line (with the flat surface facing inward), and slide them into place between the upper and lower joint parts. Choose the right thickness for your joint, and you'll be good to go. My scooter has clocked over 600 km, and I'm not exactly a smooth rider - yet I've had no issues with joint looseness that I can notice. PET/PET-G is the best material for this spacer, but PLA will work too if you're in a pinch.
