City Skylines Asset: The first Soviet four-axle articulated trolley bus rolled out on streets. Built to serve urban populations, these buses struggled with speed when fully loaded, causing frequent congestion. By 1970, seven new trolley buses from SVARZ-TS arrived in Tbilisi, only to be phased out by 1975. Manufactured at the SVARZ plant between 1959 and 1963, their lifespan was short-lived.
