SCALE At 100% scale, the interior dimensions of the masks measure: - Width: approximately 197 mm - Length: approximately 137 mm - Height: approximately 228 mm You can scale the model to accommodate your head measurements. It is recommended to increase the size and then incorporate cushioning for a snug and comfortable fit. PRINTER SETTINGS Due to the helmet's large dimensions, it requires post-processing. We suggest utilizing a layer height of 0.2 to 0.3 mm on FDM printers. All components are aligned with the printing platform for effortless handling. Most components necessitate minimal or no use of printing supports to reduce printing time and filament usage. To ensure reliable printing, we recommend setting a brim to the helmet's shell parts due to their height and low thickness. This will prevent the parts from detaching during the printing process. Printing settings will vary significantly based on your specific printer model. This model was created by a member of our Modeling and Printing Lab team. It is a fan-made production.
