The Shark

The Shark

This is a "nerf" gun. It is more of a 3D printed pellet gun. It SUCKS it does not shoot far but is fun to build and takes very little filament. I named it The Shark because it kind of looks like a shark when all put together. If you want to build, it will take a rubber band, a spring that fits, an o ring that is tight around the plunger, and a m3 screw at around 25mm long. To assemble: First print all the pieces you will need only one of each. The only piece that NEEDS SUPPORT is trigger pt1. Everything else you can use support at your own risk, it may be hard to get out though. Drop the spring into the plunger tube of the main body Then tie trigger pt1 and trigger pt2 together with the rubber band Then slide them into the main body Make sure the extrusion of Trigger_pt1 pokes into the square hole in the bottom of Trigger_pt2 and make sure the extrusion of Trigger_pt2 pokes into the hole in the plunger tube of the main body. Make sure the holes in the main body and trigger pieces line up (you may need to rearrange the pieces to make them line up then slide a piece of 1.75mm filament through the holes. Then add a dot of glue on each end of the pieces of filament to keep them from sliding out. Fit the O ring in the smaller notch in the plunger Make sure the spring is still in the plunger tube then slide the plunger into the plunger tube (add grease if you want) Slide pull back into the hole in the bottom of main body Use the m3 screw to hold the plunger and pull back pieces together. Glue on the cap piece and let it dry. Because of the small surface, I added duct tape to keep it together Put a little piece of electrical tape around the cylinder part of the bullet to make it kind of seal in the barrel You should have a working "nerf" gun If you have any problems with the files please let me know.
