I made adjustments to the blade by adding a small increment of .25 in holes along its length, enabling smoother alignment of the individual pieces. Additionally, I reduced the size of each part to accommodate printing on a 200x200x200 bed. Although the handle doesn't sit perfectly against the blade at first glance, some gentle sanding resolved this issue and allowed them to fit together seamlessly.
