The "Scalper" Scalp Massager

The "Scalper" Scalp Massager

thingiverse

This is a straightforward and uncomplicated design, thrown together to address a friend's dandruff problem. During testing, it provided a pleasant sensation on the scalp. Not tested on animals, but suitable for use with them as well - exercise caution and good judgment when handling. It may work better with rubber or softer materials, but this one was printed in PLA. I used Black PLA from Aurarum, a 40c bed temperature, and an extruder temperature of 225c (my printer reads incorrectly by about 10c). To assemble the design, you'll need one 3mm computer case screw to secure the handle and some superglue for extra bonding if needed. The handle features a hole for accommodating a screwdriver when attaching it. Enjoy using this design - feedback is welcome. Source files are included in "source.zip", designed with Autocad 2010/Inventor 2015.
