With The Royal Game of Ur, a 5000 year old board game, invented by the Babylonians in Mesopotamia, and played for thousands of years until it was forgotten in favor of other games. It was rediscovered with a tablet describing the rules, making it the oldest board game that we still know the rules to today. It is a very fun game with a lot of history. Games are often really close and unpredictable until the end. Strategy is a big component too, not just luck. Storage space for small pieces inside the board. The rules are attached as a text file.
