The Roman Archway
thingiverse
The attached image represents the remains of a once-majestic Roman archway, meticulously crafted for use as 28mm wargames scenery in the dark ages period. However, its durability is such that it can be used in any post-Roman era setting. This model also lends itself well to fantasy scenarios in Dungeons & Dragons. Print Settings Printer: Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: Fine/medium (see notes) Notes: With support enabled, this structure will print as a single piece. The keen-eyed observer may have noticed that I typically include 28mm figures for scaling purposes. In this instance, however, I chose not to do so because the model is a scaled-down prototype at 60% medium resolution. The concrete/aggregate material used in the wall filling makes the file quite large and memory-intensive. I was pleased with the outcome of the initial prototype and therefore published it without further refinement. Additional photos will be added once my computer has completed its tasks or if I choose to split the file into two manageable parts.
