The Glide Rise is a platform sandal with a unique tread design. It features a smooth, contoured footbed and a faceted platform and base that add to its sleek appearance. A cutout in the platform of the sandal provides space for attaching an elastic strap, making the sandal fully functional. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 20% Notes: PRINT ORIENTATION: The Glide Rise is designed to be printed on its side with the flat outside edge of the sandal serving as the base of the print. When printed correctly, no support material is needed. Post-Printing Material Requirements: A 2-inch-thick elastic strap (a waistband material works well) Thread and needle Super glue Sandpaper (optional) Step 1: Sanding Sand your Glide Rises to the desired level of smoothness. Step 2: Add the Strap Thread the elastic strap through the cutout and sew the ends together securely. Then, use super glue to secure the sewn part of the strap into the indent inside the cutout beneath the footbed. Repeat this process for each sandal. Step 3: Wear it!
