This 3D model originated with Sketchup 13, after which it was adapted for other formats entirely. Native format is .skp; however, within 3dsmax, scenes are managed via 3ds Max 2016 software, and visual renderings are executed through Vray 3.00 by approximately the year 1890 to 1893, Thomas C. Watkins, a prominent Hamilton merchant, erected new premises for The Right House. In so doing, this significant event brought a novel retail marketing approach, along with numerous upscale features and cutting-edge conveniences such as high-speed elevator technology. Interestingly, The Right House holds the distinction of being not only the first large 19th-century department store but also remains as one of the last remaining large scale structures from that period intact within city limits to this day. The City's urban renewal plan encompasses preservation efforts for Gore Park and its vicinity to concentrate on preserving these historical buildings; consequently, The Right House has undergone a transformation to serve as an office building, which showcases the benefits of converting historic buildings for alternative uses.
