This is a project I worked on last year but never managed to complete in time. We had planned to run it on The RPF, but getting the 3D printed parts ready for casting took an eternity and changed everything once again after alterations were made to his belt and suit in the most recent film. Combine that with the hefty cost of making molds and it was clear this project would not be a success. Still, some of you might find it interesting and if you'd like to try your hand at creating one for yourself, I won't stand in your way. How It Was Designed I created this design using Autodesk Fusion360. Accurately scaled pictures of the hero prop were used as references. This is a 1:1 model. The parts were designed by me, and the back piece was designed by Adrian Gonzalez. We are NOVA PROPS.
