The Ray Kappe House
grabcad
In 1967, architect Ray Kappe designed a unique family house in Pacific Palisades, CA, on what was considered an unbuildable site. To overcome this challenge, he raised the structure on six concrete pillars. The interior boasts an irregular layout that consists of multiple levels instead of conventional floors.
