I Remember You The joy rose like the dawn. Flying out of May, you came into view. Disappearing from sight in January, Yuri Antonov. I recall my first impression of this object, Held in hand, printed on an FDM printer - unexpectedly light. Though I designed it, setting wall thickness and infill density, My senses told me - this thing defies the ordinary world. It's something out of aerospace. Desiring to convey this feeling through sculpture, I conceived a work that captures weightlessness. Spring arrives, summer begins. The sky is painted with a rainbow After a spring shower. A girl in blooming attire walks along a stream, Her feet barely touching the ground, believing life is beautiful. Technical Details: Model: TheRainIsOver Author: 3DLadnik Figure Height: 180mm Figure Height with Stand: 193mm References: 3D Printer: LAD-1.0 P.S. In creating this figure, printing an umbrella dome 0.72 mm thick (two perimeters at a 0.3 mm nozzle) was the biggest challenge. Achieving it sparked my curiosity - what else can be done? For example, will an umbrella's dome be one perimeter (0.36 mm) thick? I changed the model and printed again. On the third try, success! What can your printer do? Umbrella models with 0.72 mm and 0.36 mm dome thickness are available here. I suggest a challenge - #IPrintedUmbrella
