This is a comprehensive guide for assembling and flying a quadcopter. It covers the following steps: 1. **Connecting the Controller**: The first step is to connect the controller to power, which should display arrow lights in white for 1 second, blue for another second, and green if everything is okay. 2. **Mounting the Flight Controller**: Next, place the flight controller in the middle of the quadcopter and make sure it's centered, as well as ensuring that the arrow turns towards the desired flight direction. 3. **Connecting the ESCs**: Connect all ESC control cables to the flight controller, following the instructions provided and using the M1 to M4 ports for an X-4 quadcopter configuration. 4. **Binding the Receiver with the Remote Control**: Use a binding cable to connect the receiver to power via one of the ESCs, ensuring that the battery is connected to the power distribution board. The transmitter should display a blinking red LED until it's bound to the receiver. Once bound, remove the binding cable and battery. 5. **Configuring the Direction of the Motors**: The flight controller controls motor speed using control cables but cannot control direction. Determine which motor spins in the wrong direction by observing the motors' rotation when starting the engines. Flip the direction by switching the red and black wires between the ESC and motor, making sure not to switch cables between the power distribution board and ESC. 6. **Mounting the Props**: Place the prop base on top of the motor, followed by a plastic ring, and then the prop itself. Ensure that the thick upper side of the prop is in the direction of movement for proper aerodynamics. 7. **Test Flight!**: After ensuring everything is connected correctly and all shrink tubes are shrunk, carefully perform a test flight. Start by using a short rope to achieve a height of about 1ft before gradually increasing the lift power and attempting to balance the quadcopter.
