Your Pyramid needs some assembling. The instructions are as follows:  Fit the Chamber  into the Still Step.Slide Secret Step 1 into the lower slot of the Chamber; from down up, slide the other Secret Steps in order 2, 3 and 4.Fit the Stairway between the Chamber and the Still Step, securing it with Clip 8 on the designated location. Place the Stairway Rotating on top of the Stairway and fix it with the hinges. Assemble the Temple on the Pillar (use glue if necessary) then put the Sword inside it. Use the Pillar Lid Screw to close the Pillar with the Sword inside it. Align the steps with the reference mark at the top of the altar, then place the assembled Temple and use the gaps to swivel tem into position so you can lower it into the pyramid.
