The perfect traditional saw guide for 45 and 90 degree angles magnetic
thingiverse
Are you also trying very hard to achieve perfect cuts with a hand saw? I give up for now. That's why i created this jig. It provides 45° and 90° (which to be honest is sufficient for 99% of all our projects). There is space for 2 magnets each side to better guide the saw. This is why this model is better than the rest out there:

It can be used both ways

It provides space for clamps. So your cuts will not be wobbly and you can 100% concentrate on sawing

It provides 3 mm chamfers so the saw tooth will not damage the jig nor influence your angle

It can be printed without supports!

The magnets should be 2 mm thick and have 16 mm diameter. With the 3mm magnets version you should obviously use 3mm thick magnets. Print orientation with the wide surface at the print bed. Please consider that your printer needs to be calibrated to really achieve perfect angles!
