The Penultimate Spool Holder

The Penultimate Spool Holder

After half a dozen or so prints of TUSH that almost-but-not-quite worked, I decided to model my own variant that had the features I needed. The pegs are drafted 3 degrees so they should never bind when you try to insert them into the bearing. The hole in the pegs serves to stiffen the assembly and allow you to secure the halves together with an M4 if you find it printed just a little too loose. Sized for 608 bearings. Should print with no support. Print 4 of them. If you print them all at the same time you won't need "minimum layer time" enabled. Print Settings Printer: Custom Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2, I guess Infill: Sure. Knock yourself out. Filament: I used no-name garbage from China. Again, shouldn't matter. PETG sucks. Do what you want. Category: 3D Printer Accessories
