The Pegboard Project
thingiverse
Yes, pegboard has been done before, but it's been done again in even prettier colors! I'm aware that the basic pegs design was available on SCAD here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1997501. To make custom SCAD code for each of the holders other than screwdrivers, I took the original design and modified it to suit my needs. The pegboard I created in parameterized SCAD is a versatile tool holder that can be printed in various sizes. Currently, my largest printout is 6x6 inches, but I'm hoping to scale up to bigger dimensions. Three of these pegboards could fit snugly into an 18-inch stud-to-stud spacing in my house. To ensure a secure fit, the design includes screw holes and wall offsets. The MKVI SCAD version has larger screw holes for added stability. The tool holders on display are primarily designed for the tools that come with or complement my Ender3 printer, including tiny wrenches and Allens. There's also a holder for a precision adjustment device, visible in the lower left corner of the full pegboard.
