The Pear of Anguish was a medieval torture device used to punish various sinners. Its design resembled a pear, with a screw base that expanded the four leaves, tearing and breaking the sinner's orifices. Users would insert the pear-shaped device into people's openings and turn the base screw to inflict pain. No one is liable for any physical harm caused by this device. Assembly requires 4 M3 screws.
