Here is a replica of The Orville scanner designed in 3D. I've made every effort to ensure all dimensions are accurate to the movie version. To build this replica, you'll need a clear piece (acrylic or equivalent) with one of two possible dimensions: * 70mm x 37mm x 10mm * 70mm x 37mm x 5mm I believe the 10mm variant is more accurate to the movie version, but I'm not entirely sure. To secure your clear piece in place, attach a slide to the bottom, preventing it from sliding out of the scanner.
