A sandwich style ITX case. 8 Liter volume @ 122 x 201 x 318mm.I also have a vertical style case with a smaller footprint (my preferred one)4 printed examples at the bottom! The ugly one is mine :)Everything is printable on an Ender 3. The longest printed length is 201mm. Longer components are split, but otherwise secured.Compatibility:- 2 slot 300mm GPU, 130mm GPU height- 47mm CPU cooler height- ITX motherboard- SFX power supply- 1x 2.5" drive (mounted to the front panel)- 2x 92mm SLIM fans on the bottom (exhaust)Additional hardware required:- $30 30cm PCIe Riser (if using a GPU)- $20 M3 nuts and bolts set- $10 16mm Power button- $05 2ft Power cableTotal cost should be under $90, including the required additional hardware. For those who wish to design custom side panels, they are 195 x 312 x 2mm.Solid panels are intended for slicer meshing (see here)I will NOT do any modifications except fixes. That's what the included STEP file is for.InstructionsMass & Time Estimates (0.4mm)Makes:The OGMetal side panelsCustom side panelsWith a performance review!I used this for a couple months and was very pleased with the results. A 1080ti stays below 75c and a Ryzen 3600 below 85c with a Noctua L9a (both under-volted). Everything feels sturdy, and I've not noticed any creeping or warping.A list of estimate masses and times per part are included. Expect less than 700 grams total.Use PETG or similar for all structural parts.Side and top panels are okay with PLA.Print strength isn't a major concern; 3 walls and 20% infill should be enough. More won't hurt.Supports needed for some parts.
