I was on a mission to find a replacement pedal for my son's pedal car since no models were available online, so I decided to create one myself. Hopefully, it will help others with the same problem. You'll need to print two of these parts and they will fit together perfectly to form a complete spindle surround. The screws used were Pan Head Phillips 6-32 x 7/8" SS Machine Screws, which can be found at McMaster Carr under part number 91772A152. To assemble the pedal, simply use any standard hex nut that fits a 6-32 size and tighten it securely. The screw head and nut are countersunk into the pedal for a smooth finish.
