When the first men, still called Danaans, arrived in Alavar and created the Kingdom of Andor, a tower carved from black stone was discovered in the center of a rocky region known as Dewi. Over the years, this place gave rise to the cult of Anwm and the Knights of Obsidian, who were gradually pushed by the andorians to the infertile lands at Southwest, founding the Kingdom of Eserkaln, with their mad mages.
