This custom-made adapter connects a rear seat air conditioner vent to a 3" flexible foil duct for my daughter's use. The adapter is securely fastened with cable ties through pre-drilled holes into the air conditioner vent grating. I specifically designed it to fit snugly around the 2010 Toyota Highlander's unique 3" x 6" dual vent located on the backside of the armrest console.
