This 3D model was initially created using Sketchup 7 and subsequently converted to all other major 3D formats. Its native format is .skp while a 3dsmax scene uses 3ds Max 2016 software rendered with Vray 3.00 The Model significantly outperforms its predecessor, which I've deemed unworthy of sharing or showcasing. The pond, swimming pool diving boards and ladders all came from Google SketchUp's Warehouse. In contrast, every other aspect was crafted personally by me.
