"The Mouse" vacuum
grabcad
The handheld vacuum operates through a three-gear system with the first gear running at 120 rpm, causing the second to spin at 3,000 rpms and the third at 6,000 rpms due to a 1:2 gear ratio. The high RPMs necessitate 3 sets of printable ball bearings - one per shaft/gear. Named "the mouse" for its compact size and resemblance to a mouse head, it can be printed in one stage. A coffee filter is used as a filter for smaller particles and an exhaust for the fan by inserting it into a designated hole on the left side.
