The Mondo
thingiverse
These are some spinners I conceptualized a while back during the tail end of the spinner fad. They were essentially an excuse to hone my FreeCAD skills. Each design employs 1/2" inner diameter washers. Three per lobe. The Mondo is the three lobe spinner. I reengineered the Mondo with some knurling for kicks. I also created a two lobe design that's 33% less massive than the others. It utilizes a standard 608 bearing. I've had the most success with ceramic, but they can be somewhat pricey. Stainless steel works adequately too. Assemble three washers together, then insert the hole piece and glue them all into the spinner. Alternatively, reverse the order if that's your preference. I'll think you're eccentric, but you can still do it anyway. If standard spinners help individuals with fleeting attention spans, these spinners are for those of you who can't concentrate! You might not be able to handle the level of Mondosity, so print and use at your own risk!
